Mainterno Concepts Private Limited is based in Kondapur, specifically in Sri Ram Nagar Colony. We are in Block B at Dewasi Residency, Flat 102. It’s a pretty standard apartment building, so it feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. Kondapur is always buzzing, and being in a colony like Sri Ram Nagar means we are right in the middle of all that energy. Our space is usually a mess of fabric swatches and lighting catalogues spread across the dining table. There is always someone on the phone talking to a vendor or trying to track down a delivery that went to the wrong block. We don't have a receptionist; we just leave the door open when we are in and working. It can get a bit noisy when the neighbors are around or when there’s construction on the next plot, but that’s just life in this part of town. We spend our days sketching out ideas and then trying to figure out how they will actually fit into a real room without breaking the bank. It’s a lot of measuring and re-measuring because mistakes are expensive. We aren't interested in being a big fancy firm with glass walls and suits. We’re just a small group working out of a flat, trying to make sure the wardrobes and kitchens we design actually work for the real people living in them. We take our work seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously.
