Maintanance Supervisor

We are located at Srinivas Nagar in the Jagathgiri Gutta area of Hyderabad. It's a busy part of town and we spend most of our time out on various sites. My name is Ramesh and this is where we run things from, right at house number 4-45-31. It’s not a big corporate space, just a regular place where we manage the maintenance schedules. Things break all the time, so we have to stay on top of the repairs. We’ve been around Balanagar for quite some time now. Most of what we do involves supervising the small details that keep a building functional. It’s mostly about coordination and making sure the right person is there to fix the problem. We don’t use any fancy software, just our notebooks and phones to keep track of work. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with several calls coming in at once, but we manage. People know where to find us if there’s a leak or a broken light. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the work gets finished. Living and working in Hyderabad means you deal with a lot of dust and wear and tear. We take it one day at a time. It's practical work for practical people. If you drop by, you'll likely see us sorting through some tools or checking the logs. We try to be helpful whenever we can.
