Mahendra Clinic

Our clinic is tucked away behind the Sai Baba Temple in Vinobha Nagar Colony, right near the bus stop in Shaikpet. It’s a busy little pocket of the city. Since we’re so close to the bus stop, we get people dropping in all day long while they wait for their ride or after they get off. The temple is a big landmark, so it’s easy to tell people where we are. It’s just a small clinic, nothing too complicated. We have a front room for waiting and a back room where the check-ups happen. It’s usually a bit noisy with the buses and the temple bells, but you get used to it after a while. I’ve lived around here for years, and the clinic has been part of the Shaikpet landscape for a good chunk of that time. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or a fancy coffee machine. It’s just a place to get seen when you’re not feeling well. The chairs are mismatched, and the walls have some old posters on them about general health. We try to keep things moving so nobody misses their bus, but some days the queue gets long. That’s just the reality of a neighborhood clinic. We know most of the families in the colony by name. It’s a local business, run by people who live right here in the area. We open early most days and stay until the last patient is seen.
