Mahalaxmi Road Transport

Our office is located at No 14-3-56/1 in the Gosha Mahal area. This is a very busy part of the city, especially for transport and logistics businesses like ours. The office itself is quite simple and straightforward. We have a few rooms where we keep our files and where the staff sits to handle the phone calls. It is not a modern building by any means; it has a very lived-in feel to it. There are usually a lot of people coming in and out, mostly drivers or people checking on their loads. We have a few benches for people to sit on while they wait for their paperwork to be ready. The walls are mostly covered with old charts and some notes we have scribbled down over the years to keep track of things. We do not use any fancy software or expensive systems; we mostly stick to what we know and what works for our daily routine. The area can get very congested with traffic, so we spend a lot of our time coordinating over the phone to make sure the trucks are moving as they should. It is a noisy, dusty, and busy environment, but it is where we have been for a long time. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we have been here for years and people know the address. It is a basic operation that keeps us busy day and night.
