Mahalaxmi Clinic

We are situated in Ganesh Nagar on the Chilkanagar Road over in Uppal. It is a growing area, so there is always some construction or road work happening nearby which makes it a bit dusty and loud during the day. The clinic is on the ground floor, so it is easy for the elderly folks to get in without having to climb any stairs. We have a simple sign out front that tells people who we are, though most of the locals already know us. The waiting room is just a small space with some blue chairs and a few old magazines that nobody really reads anymore. We have a small window that looks out onto the street so we can see the traffic going by while we work. The interior is painted a light blue color that we thought would look calming, though the light from the tube lights is a bit harsh in the evenings. We don't have a huge staff, usually just a couple of us here to handle the patients and the medicines. The water cooler in the corner makes a loud glugging sound every now and then which always makes people jump a little. It isn't a fancy place by any means, but it is where we work every day to help the people in Ganesh Nagar. We mostly deal with common stuff like fevers and coughs, the kind of things that people in this neighborhood need help with regularly.
