We operate out of Bhanu Enclave, specifically in Flat 316. Being in Erragadda puts us in a pretty active part of the city. Sundernagar is a decent area, and having the office in an enclave like this makes it feel a bit more like a community than a cold industrial site. We handle chemical and technical stuff, mostly dealing with suppliers and clients over the phone or through emails. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with computers and files. It is not the kind of place where you will find a fancy lobby. We are usually too busy looking at technical specs or coordinating shipments to worry about how the place looks. There are four or five of us here on a regular day. We have got a small kitchen area where we take our breaks. Sometimes the traffic on the main road outside is loud, but we get used to it. We have been at Magnum Chemi-tech for a while now. Most of our work is behind the scenes, making sure the technical details of the products are correct. We do not do a lot of walk-in business, but we are always here if someone needs to drop off documents or talk about a project. It is a functional space for a functional business. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized in our little corner of the building.
