Madras Cements Ltd

You can find our place at Plot No : 37 in the Jupiter Housing Colony. We are quite close to Teachers Colony in Thirumulghiri, Secunderabad. It’s a decent neighborhood to work in, mostly quiet except for when the delivery trucks roll in. At Madras Cements Ltd, we don't really go for all that corporate talk. We have a small office where we manage the paperwork and talk to customers. The furniture is a bit mismatched and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it's home to us. 500015 has changed a lot over the years, but our daily grind stays pretty much the same. I usually handle the logistics, which mostly involves looking at maps and checking timing. We aren't trying to change the world, we just want to make sure the cement gets where it's going. On Fridays, we usually sit around for a bit longer and just chat about the week. It’s a good group of people here. No one is trying to impress anyone. We just open the gates in the morning and close them at night. Sometimes the computer acts up and we have to do things by hand, which reminds us of how it used to be. It’s a practical life, and that suits us just fine. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay organized.
