Started the lab here in Madinaguda some time back. We are on the second floor of Akshya Residency, flat 204. It is a decent spot, though finding parking near the building can be a bit of a headache during the afternoon. Most days it is just us working through the testing schedules and keeping the equipment calibrated. We do not have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks, lab benches, and our computers. People from the area usually know us by now. It’s mostly quiet inside the flat, which helps when you are trying to concentrate on the details. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at samples. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down and just go about our business. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of supplies coming in at once, but we manage. We’ve been in this part of Miyapur for a while and it feels like home. Lunch is usually something quick from one of the stalls nearby or brought from home. It is not a huge operation with hundreds of people, just a small group doing our part every day. We stay late if there is a lot to get through, but usually, we wrap up when the sun goes down. It is just a regular workplace where we focus on getting the lab results right without making a big fuss about it.
