Sl Industries

Sl Industries is located over at E-32 in Madhura Nagar. It’s a fairly quiet neighborhood compared to some of the bigger industrial zones, which is nice for us. We start our mornings early, usually around eight, and the first thing is always checking the inventory. The building isn't huge, but it fits everything we need. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we all know each other pretty well. It feels more like a small workshop than a big factory. We do a lot of the heavy lifting ourselves. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a bit of a hard time finding the exact gate because the street numbers can be confusing, but once they're here, it’s fine. We have some old benches outside where we sit during lunch. The weather gets pretty humid, so we try to keep the fans going all day. It’s mostly about keeping up with the daily tasks and making sure nothing gets backed up. We handle a lot of different parts and materials throughout the week. It’s a lot of hands-on work. Nobody wears suits here. We’re usually in work clothes and boots because things can get a bit dusty. It’s just a regular place where we come to work and go home. We don't make a big fuss about things. If something breaks, we fix it and get back to what we were doing. Usually, we just close up the shop by six and head home.
