We are over in Moti Nagar, tucked away in the Moti Kalyan Apartments. Finding the place is usually easy if you look for the Indian Overseas Bank lane. We are right beside it at Flat 106. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main road. The apartment building has been here for years. It isn't anything modern or flashy, just a regular place where we do our business. Inside, it's just a couple of rooms with our stuff spread out. Madhucon Projects Pvt Ltd has been operating out of here for some time now. We have some old desks and a few files stacked up in the corner. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going at full speed. Most of the people around here are neighbors who’ve lived in Moti Nagar forever. You see the same faces every morning at the bank entrance. It’s a decent area for us to work from. The lane can get tight with parked scooters and bikes, so you have to watch where you walk. We don’t really do much in terms of decorating the office. It’s a workplace, plain and simple. We spend most of the day on the phone or writing things down in our registers. If someone comes by to talk, we usually just pull up a chair in the front room. It’s not a big corporate office with a receptionist. We answer the door ourselves and handle whatever needs doing. It is just the way we like to work.
