You can find Hyderabad Reclaim over in Arunodaya Colony. We’ve been operating from this spot at 1/98/6/A/66 for a good few years now. The business is pretty simple to explain even if the work itself is a bit messy. We take old materials, mostly rubber and things like that, and we process them so they can be used again for making new stuff. It’s a lot of heavy machinery and it gets pretty loud in the facility. We aren't sitting in a quiet office; we are usually right there on the floor making sure the machines are running like they should. It’s not the kind of job where you stay clean, but it’s important work. We don't have a big HR department or a bunch of managers. It’s just a small team of us who know how to handle the reclaim process. We get loads of scrap coming in and we turn it into something useful. Sometimes the smell of the processing can be a bit much, but you get used to it after the first week. We just focus on getting through the daily pile of material. We aren't a big fancy corporation, just a local outfit doing our part to recycle what we can. It’s hard, physical work, but it keeps us busy and the colony is a good place to be. We have been doing this long enough to know the routine.
