We are over at H.No. 7-215, Plot No. 125 in Chitkul Village. It's out near Patancheru, Sangareddy. Our office is in the Asanaestate, Phase-II. It's a bit of a drive from the main city, but we like it out here. We mostly handle things for folks who have property in the 502307 area code. Being in Telangana, we see a lot of growth happening around us. We've been operating out of this spot for some time, just helping people manage their land and houses. It's mostly quiet work, keeping track of papers and making sure the sites are looked after properly. We aren't a big corporate chain. It’s just us here trying to keep things organized for the owners. Sometimes the roads out this way get a little dusty, but that's just part of the local charm. We know the survey numbers and the layout of the village pretty well by now. If you're looking for us, we are right by the main estate area. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving between the different plots in the village. It's practical work. We don't use big words or fancy brochures. It's just about making sure the property is sitting right and the taxes or whatever else needs doing gets handled. It keeps us on our toes.
