Operating out of Saleem Nagar in Hyderabad, we have been at this for a good while now. Our office is a pretty standard setup for a company doing project work. It is not anything grand, but it serves our needs well enough for the day-to-day tasks. Most of our time is spent looking over various plans and making sure all the numbers add up correctly. Hyderabad is a fast-growing city, so there is always some kind of construction noise or traffic sounds coming in through the windows. Inside, we have a small team working on different assignments. We are not really into the whole corporate culture thing; we just prefer to get the work done so we can go home. Usually, there are files stacked up on the tables and some blueprints spread out in the meeting room. We talk to contractors, check on the weekly progress, and try to solve the little problems that pop up every morning. Sometimes things go smoothly, and other times they really do not. That is just the nature of project management, so we have learned to stay patient. We drink a lot of tea and keep the atmosphere in the office fairly relaxed. People come in and out throughout the day, mostly folks we have worked with on previous jobs. We do not feel the need to put on an act for anyone who visits.
