You can find Lucent (I) Energy Conversion Pvt. Ltd. over at No. 24-A, on the second floor of the Electronic complex in Kushaiguda. It’s an older building, the kind of place that’s seen a lot of people come and go over the years. Being in an electronic complex means there’s always someone moving boxes or fixing something nearby. The stairs up to the second floor can be a bit much if you’re carrying heavy things, but we’re used to it by now. Kushaiguda has that specific industrial feel to it, where everyone is busy with their own stuff. Our space isn't huge, but it fits what we need for the daily grind. We spend most of our time at our desks or checking on things in the back. It’s not the kind of office with glass walls or shiny floors. It’s just a place where work happens. Some days it’s loud with the sounds of the complex, and other days it’s surprisingly quiet. We’ve got a few neighbors on this floor, and we mostly just nod to each other in the hallway. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't really do much in the way of decorating or trying to look corporate. Most of us have been working here long enough that the sounds of the complex just fade into the background. It’s a practical location for what we do, and we like being part of the Kushaiguda bustle without all the unnecessary fuss.
