Our place is located at Plot No. 34 in Srinivasa Colony, right in the S.R. Nagar area. It’s a residential-turned-commercial spot, so it’s usually quite busy with traffic and people moving about. We’ve been operating Lisa Ampoules & Vials Pvt.Ltd. from this house number, 7-1-414/23/A, for quite some time now. Making glass containers for medicines is what we do here. It’s a bit of a technical job, watching the machines and making sure the glass doesn't crack or have tiny bubbles. The heat from the furnace can get pretty intense during the summer months here in Hyderabad, but we’re used to it. We aren't a massive factory with thousands of workers; it’s a more compact setup where everyone knows each other’s names. We spend a lot of time on quality checks because these vials are used for important things. Usually, our morning starts with checking the raw glass supply and setting up the lines. There’s always a bit of noise from the machinery, but that’s just the sound of work getting done. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or sales teams. Most of our clients have been with us for years because they know where to find us in Srinivasa Colony. It’s a straightforward business. We make the ampoules, pack them carefully in crates, and send them off. Sometimes things get delayed if the power fluctuates or a machine needs a part, but we manage. It’s just how we run things in this building every day.
