Swastik Steel Palace

Swastik Steel Palace is situated at No. 5-36 in Tara Nagar, which is part of the Lingampally area. It’s a local shop where we keep a variety of items on the shelves. The place is often a bit cluttered because we try to stock as much as we can in the space we have. You’ll see stacks of metal and various household goods scattered around. We don't have a professional decorator; we just put things where they fit. Most of our customers are folks from around Tara Nagar who have been coming to us for years. We know many of them by name. It’s a relaxed environment. We aren't in suits, and we don't use fancy talk. If you need something, we just go find it for you. The shop floor is concrete and the lighting could probably be better, but it gets the job done. Sometimes we sit outside on stools when it’s quiet and watch the traffic go by on the main road. Lingampally is a busy spot, so there’s always something to see. We’ve been at this location long enough that we feel like part of the neighborhood. We don't do much advertising. People usually find us by word of mouth or by just walking past No. 5-36. We’re just regular people running a shop, trying to keep the shelves full and everyone sorted out. That's about all there is to it.
