We've been over here at Kamalamma Nilayam for a while now. It's a busy spot in Narayanaguda. Most days it's just about getting the orders sorted and making sure the supplies are moving. Pharma isn't exactly the easiest business to be in, there's always a lot of paperwork and things to keep track of, but we manage. My desk is usually covered in files, and the phone rings quite a bit. We get people coming into Venkateshwara Colony looking for us, and sometimes it's hard to find the house number 3-5-1094/14/1 because the streets can get a bit narrow around here. It's a regular office setting, nothing fancy. We deal with various medicines and healthcare products. It’s just work, you know? Keeping the inventory right and talking to the suppliers. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a bit of a time getting through the colony traffic in the afternoons. We’ve grown used to the noise outside. We try to keep things organized so everything goes out on time. The staff here is small, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay day to day. We don't really do big advertisements or anything. Most people know us because they’ve worked with us for years or they heard about us from someone else in the industry. It’s just how things are done in this part of town. We stay busy, we do the work, and then we go home. It's a steady rhythm here at Leads Pharma.
