Leadership Dimensions Llp

Leadership Dimensions Llp operates from Flat No 1602 in Block J of Aparna Sarovar. We are located on Nallagandla Road, which is right behind HCU in the Kancha Gachibowli area. Since we are in a residential complex, specifically on the 16th floor, we have a pretty good view of the surroundings. But mostly, we are just focused on what’s inside the office. It is a small team here. We use one of the rooms as our main workspace. It’s not your typical corporate office with cubicles and fluorescent lights. It feels more like a home office because that is basically what it is. We have our laptops, a printer that sometimes jams, and a lot of coffee mugs. Being in Aparna Sarovar means it’s a bit of a community. We see the same people in the elevators every day. It’s a comfortable place to work from. Gachibowli is right there, so we aren't far from the action, but being behind HCU gives us a bit of peace. We don't have any big signs or fancy branding on the door. It’s just us doing our thing. Some days are slow, and some days we are working late into the evening. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just come in, sit down at our desks, and get to work on the projects we have. It’s a straightforward life here in Flat 1602 and we like it.
