Larsen & Toubro Ltd,Ecc Division

Our little setup is over at 1-73 in Lingampally, right in the heart of Hyderabad. If you know the area, you know it stays pretty active throughout the day. This ECC Division office is where a lot of the local planning happens. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or anything like that. It’s just a ground-floor space where the engineers and supervisors sit down to figure out the next steps for the local projects. Hyderabad has grown so much lately, and being in Lingampally puts us right where a lot of the action is. We usually have a lot of paperwork piled up on the desks and blueprints spread out everywhere. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where everything is. The traffic outside can be a real headache in the evenings, so we usually try to get our site visits done early. We aren't here to impress anyone with a shiny lobby. We just need a place to work and keep our equipment organized. Most of us have been living in the city for years, so we know the shortcuts and the best places to grab a quick lunch. It’s hard work, and the sun can be brutal when we’re out on a job, but we just get on with it. We don't talk much about goals or visions, we just focus on getting the current project finished properly and moving on to the next one on the list.
