Larsen & Toubro Ltd, Ecc Division

We are based out of Flat E2 in the Poojitha Residency. It’s right across from the Huda Trade Centre in Sherilingampally. Using an apartment as an office works out well for us because it feels a bit more relaxed than a big commercial building. We have the ECC division operations running from the different rooms. The kitchen area is where we keep the coffee and snacks, and the main living room is where most of the desks are. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when the whole team is here, but we manage. Being in Hyderabad, it’s always busy outside, but once you get up to the flat, it’s relatively quiet. We can see the trade center from our windows. The parking in the residency can be a bit tricky for guests, so we usually tell people to find a spot on the main road. We don’t have a big sign out front, just the name on the door. It’s a very practical setup. We spend our time on emails and coordination. Sometimes the elevator in the building is out of service, so we get a bit of exercise on the stairs. It’s just a normal workplace for normal people. We don't have any corporate slogans on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a few project photos we’ve taped up. Our email is on the business card if someone needs to reach us quickly. We like the neighborhood because there are good places to grab a quick lunch nearby. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s a good one for our team.
