Our office for the ECCD branch is located over at Flat No. 104 in Kiran Villa. It is situated in Maruthi Nagar, which is part of the Lothkunta area in Secunderabad. The pin code is 500015 if you are trying to find us on a map. Using a flat as an office works out pretty well for us because it keeps things quiet and manageable. We are not in some big glass building downtown, just a regular residential spot where we can focus on the paperwork and project planning. Most days we are just sorting through files or coordinating with the different sites in the region. It is a bit of a tight squeeze when the whole team comes in for a meeting, but we make it work somehow. We have been in this Secunderabad location for some time and the neighbors are used to us by now. There is no big sign out front, just the usual apartment entrance. We keep our own hours and focus on the practical side of the construction business. It is a lot of phone calls and checking schedules to make sure the materials are being delivered where they need to go. We do not go in for anything fancy or promotional.
