Laporte Chemicals

Laporte Chemicals is located right in the middle of the Kukatpally Industrial Estate, not far from Narayana College. This part of Bala Nagar is always buzzing with the sound of trucks and machinery, which is just part of the daily life for us here in Prashanthi Nagar. We deal with various chemicals that industries in the area require. Our setup is pretty straightforward. We have a front office that’s a bit small and a large back area where we keep the stock. It’s often quite hot in the warehouse, so we spend a lot of time near the big industrial fans. We aren't the type of people who spend much time on fancy presentations. Most of our work involves checking inventory and making sure the labels are on the right containers. We’ve had some of the same workers here for over a decade, and they know where every single bottle is kept. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes deliveries a bit late, but we try our best to stay on top of things. We see a lot of students from the nearby college walking past every day, which reminds us how much the area has changed since we first opened. Despite the changes, we’ve kept our way of doing things pretty much the same. It is a no-nonsense environment where we focus on the task at hand. We don't have any big corporate slogans. We just show up, do the work, and go home.
