L&T Western Andhra Tollways Ltd

Our place is located on Plot Number 5, right on II Cross Street in Meenakshy Nagar. If you know the Mangadu area, it’s fairly easy to find once you get off the main stretch. We are the Western Andhra Tollways branch under L&T. Most days are pretty much the same around here. We deal with the toll operations and the maintenance stuff that comes with it. It’s a lot of coordination. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can sit and get the scheduling done. I usually get in early before the heat really kicks in. Mangadu has its own pace, a bit quieter than the center of the city but still busy enough. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the guys out on the road. There’s always something that needs fixing or a report that needs filing by the end of the shift. We’ve got a small kettle in the corner for coffee, which gets a lot of use. Sometimes the neighbors stop by to chat or ask about the road work. We try to keep things organized, but with so many moving parts, it gets a bit messy sometimes. It’s just the nature of the job. We aren't trying to be anything big, just making sure the tollway stuff stays on track day after day. It takes a lot of patience to deal with the traffic issues, but we get it done.
