L&T (Ecc)

This branch of L&T is located in the Kothaguda area of Hyderabad, specifically at the guesthouse near the government high school. Srikanth is the one who mostly manages the things here. It’s a busy part of the city, right in the middle of Kondapur. The office is set up inside a house, which makes it feel a lot different from the glass buildings you see nearby in HITEC City. We share the space with the guesthouse facilities, so there is always someone coming or going. It’s a bit of a maze inside with different rooms being used for different tasks. We have a lot of documents and equipment scattered around. It’s a working office, so it isn't always tidy. We deal with the Ecc division work from here, which means there is a lot of coordination with site workers and engineers. The traffic on the road outside is almost always bad, so we try to do most of our traveling during the off-hours. We don't have a fancy cafeteria, just a small kitchen where we make tea. It’s an honest, hard-working environment. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or polished. We just want to get the job done and keep the project moving. If you need us, we are right there near the school. It’s a simple setup for a complex job, but it works for us. Sometimes the power flickers when the city is doing maintenance.
