Landmark Building Systems

If you want to find us, you’ll have to head over to the Mindspace Complex in Hitech City. We are up on Level 7 of Maximus Towers, in Building No 2A. It’s right in the Raheja IT Park area, so there are a lot of tall buildings and people in suits walking around. We do building systems work, which is basically making sure the technical parts of a structure actually work. It’s a lot of engineering and planning. Our office isn't very flashy despite being in a big tower. It’s mostly just a workspace with a lot of monitors and some blueprints pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of time looking out at the skyline of Hyderabad and seeing how much it changes every week. It’s a lot of work to keep up with the growth here. We are just a group of people who are good with technical details. We don't have a mission statement or any of that stuff. We just get the specs right and make sure everything is safe. The elevator ride up takes a minute, and the security downstairs can be a bit strict, but once you’re in our office, it’s pretty laid back. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just the one that gets the job done without any fuss or unnecessary delays.
