Lancohills Hyderbad

Our place is located in Kothapet, right in S.R.K Puram at Road No. 3. If you know where Yadav Residency is, we are directly opposite to that. The house number is 11-12-60. It’s a busy area of Hyderabad, and finding a parking spot can be a bit of a headache sometimes during the middle of the day. We deal with various aspects of the Lancohills projects from this small setup. It’s not one of those big glass buildings you see in Hitech City, but it works for us. We have a few rooms set up for the staff to handle paperwork and talk to visitors. The road outside gets quite dusty in the summer months. Most people who work here live nearby, so we have a bit of a local feel going on. We usually start the morning with some tea and go through the schedules for the week. It is a straightforward operation without any big corporate frills or fancy reception desks. We just sit at our desks and try to stay on top of the project timelines. Being near Kothapet means we are close to the fruit market and all that buzz. It’s a very grounded way to work. We’ve been at this address for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s just a group of people trying to keep things moving forward. We don't have a big sign, just the address on the gate.
