Lanco Infratech Ltd.

We are located in the Malaysian Township area of Hyderabad, specifically in the Rain Tree Park complex. Our office is Flat No.101 in Block 32. It’s a pretty big residential township, so it can be a bit of a maze if you haven’t been here before. Being in Kphb Colony, specifically Kukatpally, puts us right in the middle of a lot of growth. We ended up in this spot because it’s convenient for the people working at Lanco Infratech Ltd. It feels more like a home than a stiff office building. We’ve got a small kitchen where we make coffee and the living room area is where most of the planning happens. It’s a ground-floor flat, so it’s easy to get gear in and out when we need to. There are usually kids playing outside or neighbors walking their dogs, which makes for a nice atmosphere while we’re working on project details. We don't have any flashy signs or billboards. We just have our name on the door. The traffic in Kukatpally is always a mess, so we tend to stay in the office as much as we can once we arrive in the morning. It’s a functional space. We have maps and site plans pinned to the walls. It’s not perfect, and the printer jams more than it should, but we manage to stay busy and keep things moving.
