Lanco Infratech Limited

We have been here at Flat 208 in Sai Sadan Apartments for quite some time now. It is right across from the Kushaiguda Bus Depot in the Moulali area of Hyderabad. Most days it’s pretty busy outside with the buses coming and going, so we always know when it is peak hour. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular apartment space where we get our work done. Sometimes the lift acts up, but we just take the stairs then. People often get lost finding the building, but we tell them to just look for the big bus depot and they usually make it. It is a decent spot for us. There are a few small shops downstairs where we grab tea in the afternoons. Inside, we have our desks and some files piled up. It's not perfectly organized, but we know where everything is. The neighbors in the other flats are mostly families, so it feels quiet enough during the day while everyone is at school or work. We’ve got some fans going to keep it cool when the sun hits the windows. It's just how we operate here. No big signs or anything, just the name on the door. We handle the paperwork and coordination from this spot. It’s practical for what we need. Sometimes the traffic noise is a bit much, but you get used to it after a week. We like being in this part of town because it feels real and connected to the rest of the city.
