Lanco Hills Technology Park Pvt.Ltd is set up over in Mogappar. If you are familiar with Chennai, you know Mogappar is a busy residential and commercial mix. We’ve been here for a while now. The office isn't anything too crazy, just a standard place where we sit and work. There’s no big corporate vibe here. Most of us just commute in, do the job, and head back home. Chennai weather can be tough with the heat, but the office is okay enough. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s just a workspace with some desks and chairs. We chose Mogappar because it’s a bit away from the extreme city center madness but still has everything we need for the day. You won’t see any big flashy signs for us outside the building. We just go about our business quietly. It’s a practical spot for what we do. People ask why we are in this specific building, but it just worked out that way when we were looking for a place. There’s a lot of traffic around here sometimes, but we are used to it by now. We don’t really try to stand out from the other businesses. We’re just part of the local landscape in this part of Chennai. It’s a straightforward operation. We handle the tech park stuff from here and try to keep things moving along. Not much else to tell. We just work here and get the job done.
