Lanco Hills Technology Park Pvt Ltd has an office on the ground floor of Mig 166 in Balaji Nagar. This is part of the Kukatpally neighborhood in Hyderabad. Being on the ground floor is nice because we don't have to deal with elevators or climbing lots of stairs every time we need to step out. Balaji Nagar is a bit more tucked away than the main road, but it’s still pretty busy with residents and local shops. The office space is quite simple. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and a small corner for keeping our bags and lunch boxes. It’s an MIG house, so it feels a bit like working from home, which suits us just fine. There’s a bit of a garden area in front, though it’s mostly just some potted plants we try to keep alive. The street outside can get narrow when people park their cars on both sides, so it’s sometimes a squeeze to get through. We do our tech work here throughout the week. It’s a practical spot for the team since many of them live nearby. We don’t have any large company logos on the wall or anything like that. It’s just a place where we put in our hours and focus on the tasks at hand. It’s quiet enough for us to concentrate, and when we need a snack, the local market is just a short walk away.
