Sanathnagar is an old industrial area and B- 39 Industrial Estate has been our home for a long time. The building is solid but shows its age. You can see the history in the bricks. At Lamco Industries, we aren't trying to be something we are not. We just run our machines and get the parts out the door. The factory floor is a bit dark in some corners, but we have enough light where it matters. We’ve got a team of people who have been with us for decades. They know the sounds of the equipment better than anyone. It’s a noisy environment, but there is a rhythm to it that makes sense once you are in it. We have a small parking area that’s always full of scooters. The office upstairs is where we keep all the ledgers and files. It’s very old-school. We don't use a lot of fancy software. Mostly we just talk to each other and write things down on clipboards. Sanathnagar gets really busy in the mornings, so we all try to get in early to avoid the worst of it. It’s a straightforward business. We make things, we pack them, and we send them off. There isn't much more to it than that. We just keep our heads down and work. The rain sometimes leaks through the old roof, but we just put a bucket under it and keep going.
