Shatabdi Constructions

Shatabdi Constructions operates out of Plot No. 50 on Lane No. 2 in Greenhills Colony. This part of L B Nagar is mostly houses, so it stays fairly peaceful compared to the main highway. Our office is a converted ground floor space where we keep our maps, blueprints, and some of the smaller tools we use on-site. There is usually a bit of sand or grit on the floor because we are always coming and going from construction sites. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who manage the projects and a few regular laborers who help with the building work. The desk where I sit has a big stack of papers that never seems to get any smaller. We spend a lot of time calculating costs and checking on material deliveries. Lane No. 2 is a nice spot with a few trees that give some shade in the afternoons. We don't have a big company logo on the front or anything polished. Most of our work comes from people in the colony or nearby areas who see us working and stop to ask questions. We just take it one project at a time and try to stay organized. It is hard to keep everything on schedule, but we do our best. The office is simple and that’s how we like it. It is just a small group of people doing a practical job.
