Our company is L & T, and we are based in Hyderabad. We are located at 23K/B, Phase I, Site-1, in the N.R.R. Puram area of Borabanda. It’s a busy part of the city with a lot of shops and small businesses all around us. Our office is a very basic space. We don't have any of those modern things like glass partitions or fancy coffee machines. It’s just a place where we come to work every day. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, and we’ve seen Borabanda grow and change. We have a small group of people here, and we all know each other well. We don't really have a boss who walks around in a suit. We just all pitch in and do what needs to be done. Some days the traffic outside is so bad that it’s hard to hear anything, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't spend any money on ads or promotional stuff. We just do our work and let people find us if they need us. It’s a very straightforward way of running a business. We don't have any big meetings about missions or values. We just want to do our jobs properly and earn a living. The people around here are hardworking, and we try to be the same. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s ours. We just keep moving forward.
