We do interior work, which covers everything from putting in new cabinets to fixing up whole rooms. It’s a lot of measuring and picking out materials. Our office is usually full of samples like wood pieces or tile bits. A lot of our time is spent at people’s houses or offices seeing what they need done. It’s a hands-on kind of business. Having a big fancy showroom isn't our thing. Instead, we mostly just show people photos of what we’ve done before. It’s more about the actual work than any sales pitch. Sometimes things don't go perfectly, like a paint color looking different in the light or a delivery getting delayed in the traffic. We just try to fix it and move on.
