Vijaya Power Controls

Vijaya Power Controls is tucked away at Plot No 36B in the E C Complex. Kushaiguda is a pretty active area, so there’s always something going on outside our doors. We deal with power control stuff, mostly panels and switches that people need for their specific setups. It’s a lot of wiring and checking circuits all through the day. The shop isn't exactly huge, but we make it work for us. Usually, there are three or four of us hunched over a workbench with a soldering iron or a basic screwdriver. We've got parts sitting on shelves everywhere. Sometimes it's actually hard to find a specific bolt, but we know where everything is eventually. It’s not like those big automated factories you see on the television. It’s just a local workshop. Sometimes the power goes out in the area and we have to just wait it out, which is a bit funny considering what we do. People around here know us as the guys who handle the electrical units. We don’t spend money on fancy signs or anything. We just keep the lights on and finish the panels on time. It can get pretty cramped when a big shipment of components arrives in the morning. We just clear some space on the floor and keep going. It's honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till the evening. Most of the time, we’re just making sure the wiring is neat.
