Our shop is full of metal, so it’s always got that specific clinking sound whenever someone moves a piece of aluminium. It’s a busy place with people coming in and out all day asking for different sizes and shapes of metal. We don't have a lot of room for a fancy showroom, so the aluminium is mostly stacked against the walls or sitting in racks where we can get to it easily. The floor is usually covered in small metal shavings, and we have to sweep it a few times a day so nobody slips. Kushaiguda is a good place for a business like ours because there are lots of small workshops around who need what we have. We usually keep the big doors open to let the breeze in, though it also lets in the noise from the street. Our staff is just a few local guys who know their way around a saw and a tape measure. We don't have any big speeches about our values or anything like that. We just show up at the colony every morning, open the locks, and start helping whoever walks in.
