Raja Rajeswari Flexi Packing

We run our packing operation out of the E C Complex in Kushaiguda. The full address is D No 1 9 382/13/3, and it’s right in the middle of a very busy industrial patch in Kapra. If you come by during the day, you’ll hear the sound of the machines long before you see the door. We do flexi packing, which involves a lot of rolls of material and big printing presses. It gets quite warm inside when all the equipment is running, so we keep the big shutters open most of the time. The floor is usually covered in scraps of plastic or paper, but we try to sweep up every evening. It’s a family-run kind of place, and most of our staff have been with us for years. We don't have a fancy office or a place for people to sit and wait. Most of our work is just getting orders ready and loading them onto the trucks that wait in the courtyard. Kushaiguda is a good location for this kind of work because there are so many other factories nearby. We've had our share of ups and downs with the machinery breaking or the supplies being late, but we just keep at it. It’s hard work and it can be tiring, but it’s what we do. We don't have a marketing department or anything; we just rely on people knowing that we are here in the complex.
