We operate out of Sangeeth Nagar in Kukatpally, at the address No. 5-7-9/8. Surajbala Exports Pvt. Ltd. has been running from this spot for some time now. We deal with the exporting of various goods, which means our days are mostly filled with worrying about boxes, packing tape, and shipping schedules. The warehouse area in the back gets a bit dusty, and there are almost always wooden crates moving in and out of the big doors. It is a busy place, but we have a system that seems to work for us. We don't have a big corporate office with fancy furniture; it is much more of a practical workspace for real work. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to transport companies and drivers. Kukatpally is a good location for us because it is easy to get our trucks onto the main roads. We have a small team of local workers who know the daily routine well. We don't bother with any fancy mission statements or marketing slogans. We just pack the items up, double-check the labels, and send them off to wherever they are supposed to go. Sometimes there are delays at the port or problems with the trucks, but that’s just part of life in this business. We have grown a bit over the years, but we still feel like a small local operation. Most of our day is spent checking the inventory.
