Sriven Poly Pack

Sriven Poly Pack is located at Plot No 21 in the Rajiv Gandhi Nagar part of Prashanth Nagar. If you look for 5/9/287/21, that’s where you’ll see our gate. We deal with a lot of plastic here, so there are always big rolls of film and bags stacked up against the walls. The smell of hot plastic is something you never really forget once you’ve worked here for a few days. It is a busy environment with machines that run for long hours at a stretch. We have to be careful with the heat settings and the speed, so someone is always walking around checking the dials. It gets pretty warm inside, especially in the afternoons when the sun hits the building. We keep the big doors open to let some air in, but then the street noise comes in too. It is a trade-off. Our team is small, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from loading the raw materials to moving the finished packs onto the transport trucks. There isn't much room for a fancy office, so our desk is just tucked into a corner where the noise isn't quite as loud. We just focus on getting the orders out on time. It is practical work that doesn't need a lot of explaining. We show up, run the machines, pack the goods, and do it all again the next morning without much fuss.
