S V Polymers is based out of Plot No 1 / A in Rajiv Gandhinagar. We have been in Kukatpally for quite some time now, just doing our thing with plastic manufacturing. It is not a very large place, but we make it work with the machines we have. The morning usually starts with checking the raw materials. Sometimes the shipments are late, which can be a bit of a headache, but that is just how it goes. The shop floor is always a bit dusty, no matter how much we sweep it. We have a small group of workers who have been here for years. We know each other well. Most days are spent watching the extruders or packing up bags for the local buyers. The heat in the afternoon can get pretty intense under the metal roof, so we keep the big doors open for whatever breeze comes through. Kukatpally has changed so much since we first moved in. There are so many more buildings now. Our address is easy to find once you get into the lane. We don’t do much fancy stuff here. No big boardrooms or expensive furniture. Just some plastic chairs and a desk where we keep the ledgers. People come by to talk about their requirements and we see what we can do. It is just an honest, local business trying to get the orders out on time.
