Regency Ceramics Ltd. is located over in the KPHB area of Kukatpally. Specifically, you can find us at MIG-12 on Road Number 1, right along the Kamam Road. This part of Kukatpally is always moving, so there is plenty of activity around our doors. We deal with ceramics, mostly tiles and things people need for their homes or building projects. The office at MIG-12 serves as our main point for people to come and see what we have. It’s a straightforward setup. We have samples laying around and a lot of catalogs that have seen better days. The staff here has been working with ceramics for quite a while, so we know the inventory pretty well. We don't go for anything too flashy in the office. It’s a practical space where we take orders and talk to contractors. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but we just sweep it out and keep going. Being on Road No 1 makes it easy for delivery trucks to find us, which is good because tiles are heavy. We spend our time checking stock levels and making sure the deliveries are going to the right spots. It is just a regular local business life here in Kukatpally. We show up, handle the customers, and keep the ceramic business running as best as we can.
