You can find our factory at 8/b, right by Gate Number 2 in the Prashanthi Nagar Industrial Estate. It’s a typical industrial setting with lots of warehouses and manufacturing units all around us. We spend our days on the factory floor, so the office part of the building is usually pretty quiet unless someone is in there doing the billing. The smell of plastic and the sound of machines is just a normal part of life for us. We’ve been operating out of this gate for quite a few years. It’s a practical location because it’s easy for the big trucks to pull in and out when they are picking up loads. We don't have a big fancy sign out front, just the factory number so people can find us. Our team is made up of local workers who know the machines inside and out. We don’t talk much about things like missions or goals; we just focus on making sure the production line stays moving and the quality is okay. It’s hard work and it can get hot in there, especially during the summer, but we’re used to it. We take our breaks together and talk about the news or what’s happening in the neighborhood. It’s a simple, honest business without any of the corporate fluff you find in the big cities. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs.
