Balaji Tools

Balaji Tools is located over in the MS Complex at Prashanthinagar. If you are looking for us, we are on the second floor at shop number ten. The industrial estate is a lively place to be, and there is always something going on in the hallways or down in the courtyard. We have been in this particular spot for a long time. It is a simple setup, nothing too modern or polished, but it works perfectly for what we do with tools every day. Most of our regular customers know exactly which staircase to take to find us. Sometimes the corridor gets a bit cramped when people are moving stock around, but we just work around it. We spend our mornings checking over our inventory and making sure everything is ready for whoever might drop in. It is not like those big retail stores you see in the mall; it is more of a workspace for people who need specific items for their own jobs. We know many of the other owners in the MS Complex, and we often help each other out when someone is short on something. You get into a rhythm here. We do not spend much time on computers or doing a lot of formal office work. Mostly, we are just handling the tools and talking to people about what they are looking for. It is a good way to spend the day, and we like being part of the Prashanthinagar area.
