Bake Max

Bake Max is tucked away at plot number 209 in Prashanthinagar, with the official address being 5/5/35/102. It can be a little confusing for people who aren't from around here because the numbers in this part of town don't always follow a straight line. We spend most of our time dealing with things related to baking, so there is usually a lot of flour dust around the place. It’s not a very big space, but we make do with what we have. The floors are a bit uneven, and we have to be careful where we stack the heavier bags of sugar or flour so they don't tip over. We don't really have a showroom or anything like that. It’s more of a workspace where we get things ready. Most mornings, we are busy sorting through supplies and making sure everything is where it should be. The neighborhood is mostly quiet during the day, except for the occasional delivery truck trying to navigate the narrow roads. We’ve been here at this plot for a few years now and it suits us just fine. We don't really do much in the way of fancy talk or trying to impress anyone who comes by. If you need something for a bakery, we probably have it sitting somewhere in one of these stacks. It’s just a regular, working-class spot where we focus on getting the job done.
