Ayati Industries

We operate out of the Sri Sambasiva Industrial Shed in Rajiv Gandhi Nagar. It’s Plot No 5-9-285/16, over in Moosapet. If you know the Kukatpally or Balanagar area, you know it’s pretty industrial around here. Ayati Industries is mainly focused on iron and steel scrap. Our place is full of metal, so it’s naturally very loud and a bit messy. We spend the day sorting through different grades of scrap and getting things weighed. It’s hard work and your hands are always dirty by the end of the shift. We don’t have any fancy office furniture or air conditioning. Most of the time we’re out in the shed or near the scales. It’s a practical business that deals with raw materials. The industrial area is always busy with trucks and heavy machinery moving around. We just fit into that cycle. We’ve been at this location for a while now and have seen many other businesses come and go. We keep our heads down and focus on the metal. There’s no marketing here, just a lot of iron and steel being moved from one pile to another. It gets very hot under the metal roof when the sun is out, but we just keep at it. That’s the nature of the scrap business in this part of Rangareddy. We make sure the weights are accurate and the piles stay sorted.
