Harinivas Builders Developers is over at 103 Chennu Enclave in Balaji Nagar. It's a busy part of Kukatpally, so finding the place is easy enough once you get into the enclave itself. We have been working from this spot for a while now. Most days are spent looking over site plans or talking to people about where things stand with their projects. It gets a bit noisy around here sometimes, but that is just how it goes in this part of town. The office is tucked away in the building, and we usually have a lot of paperwork piled up on the desks. Building things takes a lot of coordination and we try to keep it all sorted right here. People stop by to ask about plots or how the construction is moving along. We do not have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we get the work done. The team stays pretty focused on the local area around Kukatpally because we know the streets and the ground here well. It is a straightforward setup. We have a desk, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of maps on the wall. If you are coming down Balaji Nagar way, you can just look for the sign near Chennu Enclave. We are usually in during the day, though sometimes we have to step out to visit the actual sites. It is a lot of back and forth, but that is the nature of development work.
