Working from an apartment block gives the whole business a very domestic feel. It’s not your typical corporate environment. We focus on photovoltaic and solar ventures from this space. The main living area of the flat is where we have set up all our computers and desks. It can get a bit cramped when the whole team is in at the same time. Padmarao Nagar is a decent area and it’s fairly central, so getting here isn't a huge hassle for most people. We don't have any big signs on the outside of the building. Sometimes the security guard at the gate is a bit strict about who he lets in, so we have to tell him we are in B-Block. It’s mostly quiet during the day, which helps us get through the technical work. We have shelves full of files and not much in the way of decoration. The kitchen is mainly used for making rounds of tea to keep us going. We aren't interested in big sales pitches. We just handle the technical side and the paperwork for our solar projects. The walk from the main road isn't too bad in the mornings when it is still cool.
