Kp Developers

Kp Developers has an office over in Amberpet at Ce Colony. The address is a bit long, D. No. 22-644/A/C/2, but once you find the right lane, it is easy. It is a small office, nothing too grand. We have a few desks pushed together and a lot of maps and site plans pinned to the walls. Most of our time is spent looking at blueprints or talking to contractors on the phone. The air conditioner makes a weird clicking sound sometimes, but we are used to it. Construction work involves a lot of paperwork that people don’t usually see, so there are stacks of files everywhere. We try to stay on top of things, but it gets busy when we have multiple sites going at once. We aren't some giant firm with a glass building. We are just local people trying to get buildings put up correctly. The traffic in Amberpet can be a real headache, so we usually start our days pretty early to beat the worst of it. We spend a lot of time out at the actual sites, so the office is often empty except for one person handling the calls. It’s honest work and it keeps us tired by the end of the day. We usually grab some lunch from the local place nearby and eat while we work on the computer.
