Korrapati Subbaiah

My place is at B-71, D. No. 8-3-222/F/195 in Madhura Nagar. This is a residential neighborhood, so it is usually pretty quiet except for the occasional vegetable vendor walking by with his cart. I have lived here and managed my affairs from this address for a long time. It is a standard house with a small area set aside for my work. There are no big signs outside or a reception desk. If you want to see me, you just come to the door and knock. My workspace is filled with old files, a heavy wooden desk, and a few chairs for when people come over to discuss things. I mostly handle local matters and paperwork that requires a bit of experience and patience. The ceiling fan runs all day to keep the room cool, and I usually have the radio playing softly in the background. Madhura Nagar is a nice area with plenty of trees, which helps keep the heat down a little bit. I do not do any big advertising or have a website. People just know me by word of mouth and come to my house when they need help with their documents or advice on local property. It is a slow and steady way of working that suits my age. I keep my own hours and make sure that everyone who stops by gets a few minutes of my time to talk things through properly.
