Our place is on the second floor at 151 in Kavuri Hills. Being in Madhapur means things are always moving fast outside. We are in Phase 2, which is a bit quieter than the main road, but still busy. We work with pharma chemicals. It is mostly a lot of measuring and checking specs all day long. The office is tucked away on that second floor, so you have to look for the sign. It is not a huge space, but we make it work with what we have. We have got desks for the admin side and a bit of space for the chemical samples. The stairs are a bit narrow, so moving big boxes can be a hassle sometimes. We do not really have a fancy reception area. If someone comes by, they usually just walk straight into the work area. We have got a small crew. We drink a lot of tea to keep going. Madhapur has changed a lot since we started, with all the new buildings coming up around us. We have stayed pretty much the same though. We just focus on the chemical orders and making sure the documentation is correct. It is a lot of sitting and typing or standing and checking labels. We do not have any big speeches. We just show up at 9 and leave when the work is finished. It is a practical environment for people who just want to work. (247 words)
